How to use review tags on Reviewflowz?
Tags are a flexible way for you to organize, analyze, filter, and export your reviews.
There are two ways to create tags on Reviewflowz.
When on your Reviews list, you can add new tags at any time.
Simply put your selector next to any review's existing tags, and start typing. Then, click "Add Example Tag" to create a new tag.

You can also create tags directly from your settings. If you have a list of keywords you'd like to keep track of, or if you have an existing kanban process for review management, this might be the best option.

Notice a few things in the settings:
There's a toggle for each tag to be used to tag review automatically. What this does is "outsource" the labeling to our AI. You can confidently use that when the tag is directly tied to the review's content or metadata (date, reviewer name, etc.). But if you're trying to describe a human process like we are for the last 5 tags in the screenshot above, AI won't be able to help with that, so make sure you keep it off.
Once you have a comprehensive list of tags that you'd like AI to apply to reviews, you can have the app process all of your past reviews. This can take up to a few hours, but basically we'll submit each one of your reviews to an assistant tasked with labeling each review with the relevant tags.
That's it!
