How to connect to Reviewflowz MCP with Claude?


On Claude web or desktop, head over to Settings > Connectors.


Click "Add a custom connector" and add the following information in the pop-up modal that opens



You should now see the Reviewflowz MCP appear on the bottom your connects list.


You'll be redirected to a screen that looks something like this


u're giving read-only access to your review and review profile data to Claude AI.


Click Authorize. You'll be redirected to the Claude connectors page.


You'll be able to edit the methods you give Claude access to by clicking the "Configure" button.


And voilà! That's it. Claude can now access your review data! 🎉


How to connect to Reviewflowz MCP with Chat GPT?


To connect Reviewflowz MCP with chat GPT, you'll need to authorize custom connector creation.


To do that, open your settings (Bottom left dropdown > Settings).


Scroll down to Advanced Settings and click it. You'll be able to toggle "Developer mode".


Turn on Developer mode if it's not already on.


Now, you'll have a "Create" button on the top right corner of the popup modal.


Click "Create".


You'll have the following modal.


Add the following details:




Check the box, and hit "Create".


You'll be redirected to a screen that looks something like this

Click Authorize, and that's it! Job done 🎉


You can now use your customer reviews at any point in chat GPT
