When a sale is completed in Mangomint, at the front desk or through self checkout, Reviewflowz asks the client for a review. The review that comes back is matched to that client and credited by name to the staff member who served them.
How it works
A sale is completed in Mangomint, at checkout or through self checkout.
Mangomint sends the sale, its client and its staff to your private Webhook URL.
The request goes out after your delay.
The client's review is matched to the sale and credited to its staff.
What triggers a request
Trigger | When it fires | Who is asked |
A sale is completed (Sale completed or Self checkout completed) | Mangomint sends Sale completed or Self checkout completed | The client on a sale with a service or a product |
The trigger switches on when you press Finish setup and feeds one request, Mangomint sale completed. A self checkout and a sale completed for the same sale make one request.
Clients aren't asked when your business or the client is in the EU, the UK or Switzerland. Switch off appointment emails or texts for a client in Mangomint and that client isn't contacted that way.
Connect Mangomint
There is no API key to find. Reviewflowz gives you a private Webhook URL, and Mangomint's support sends your sales to it.
How to get it set up. Open a chat with Mangomint's support, in the Mangomint app or on mangomint.com, and paste: "Please set up webhooks for Sale completed, Self checkout completed, Sale reopened and Sale voided, on all our locations, sent to: " followed by your Webhook URL. One URL covers every location.
Plan and cost. Webhooks are free for every Mangomint customer since August 1, 2026, with nothing to pay (Mangomint's pricing changes).
In Reviewflowz, open Integrations, go to the Automate Review Requests tab and click the Mangomint card. If you already have an integration connected there, click Connect another integration first. Under Finish connecting Mangomint, use Click to copy to copy your Webhook URL, and send it to Mangomint's support with the message above.
In Mangomint, as an Admin, open Apps in the top bar, then Manage apps, and make sure Webhooks is enabled. Mangomint's guide to managing your apps and integrations shows the same screens.
Back in Reviewflowz, once support confirms, close a sale in Mangomint and press Check status. The panel shows what arrived: "It sent a sale for Ava Brooks at Pearl District. Email: yes. Phone: yes." Nobody is asked yet. Press Finish setup to make the connection live.
Link your locations
Under Locations, link each Location in Mangomint to the Reviewflowz location whose review page its clients should be sent to. A location appears in the list after its first sale arrives once you have pressed Finish setup. Willow & Sage links Pearl District and Lake Oswego to its two locations. A location you leave unlinked uses the one in Fall back to. With one Reviewflowz location, every sale goes to it through Fall back to.
Set up the request
Timing. Willow & Sage emails 3 hours after the sale, then sends Message 2 3 days later, with the subject "How are you feeling after your visit, {{first_name}}?" and the button "Leave a review".
Channel. Set per message, in Select a channel.
Message. The From name is "Willow & Sage Day Spa", the Subject "Thanks for visiting Willow & Sage, {{first_name}}", which Noah Patel reads as "Thanks for visiting Willow & Sage, Noah", and the Button text "Review your visit". Try yours with Send myself a test.
Direct reviews to. Smart routing gives one button, and your goal for reviews decides which site it opens. Willow & Sage aims to get as many Google reviews as possible. Show all options on the email lists every site instead.
Turn it on
The trigger is on from Finish setup, but requests only go out once you turn them on. Open Mangomint sale completed in Requests and click Turn requests on (the switch beside the title does the same: it opens Turn requests on, then click Turn on). Sales completed before you turn requests on are never asked. The status line then reads "Sending requests to every new contact". The Syncing panel's Asking about sales completed after shows the moment you pressed Finish setup.
When a sale changes
If a sale is voided, its request is withdrawn if it hasn't gone out. If a sale is reopened, its request is withdrawn until the sale is completed again, and then the client is asked.
See what it brings back
A review that comes back through a request is matched to the client and credited to the staff on the sale, by name. When several staff served one sale, each is credited. Maya Harlow's five star Google review, "Rosa did my lash lift and it looks so natural. Friendly front desk as well.", lands on Rosa Delgado. Reports > Dashboard > Team Attribution Leaderboard counts the reviews credited to each staff member, Rosa Delgado, Mei Tanaka, Jordan Ellis and Priya Shah at Willow & Sage. The Requests page counts Contacts, Requests, Clicked CTA, Matched and Stopped, and the CRM Integration widget under Reports > Dashboard tracks requests, links clicked and reviews matched from Mangomint.
Good to know
Keep your Webhook URL private: anyone with it can send sales to your account. Generate a new URL stops the old one at once, and the new one needs a new message to Mangomint's support.
If no sale arrives, check that Webhooks is enabled in Apps > Manage apps, and ask Mangomint's chat support to confirm the webhooks point to your Webhook URL.
Disconnect stops the URL and withdraws every request that hasn't gone out. Your contacts, location links and history stay. Ask Mangomint's chat support to remove the webhooks. Connecting again gives you a new URL.
