How to reply to reviews on Reviewflowz
This is a Pro Feature
Replying to reviews on Reviewflowz is incredibly easy.
Head over to your Reviews list.
You'll see a list of your reviews, sorted from the most recent to the oldest.
You can change the order in which reviews are sorted by clicking one of the sorting options
Rating
Date
Length (Number of characters)
You can filter your reviews by using any of the following
Keyword search
Review Profile
Product Name
Review Platform (ex: Google or Trustpilot)
Country in which the review was posted – Only applies to certain platforms
Tags – You can read more about review tags in our help center.
Review Date Range
Alright, let's reply to a review. Click the "Reply" button on any review in the list.
A popup will open, with the complete review text, and a text field for you to write your review.
Now you can request an AI suggestion. Our AI will read and analyze this review, and write a reply inside the text field.
You can edit the suggestion as much as you'd like – and when you're ready, click "Reply".
One of two things will happen:
If you've connected Reviewflowz with that Review platform in the Integrations page, we'll post the reply directly, and confirm the reply was posted.
If you haven't connected Reviewflowz with that platform, we'll take you to the best possible page for you to copy and paste the answer into the platform with a minimum number of clicks.
That's it!
Once a reply is posted, Reviewflowz will pick it up within a few minutes and show it under the review in the review list. To see a review reply, click on a single review, and the reply (if any) will appear underneath.
If you'd like to customize the AI suggestions, you can define a custom agent as your default answer agent. Read more about this here.
If you'd like to reply automatically, with no human oversight to reviews, you can also set that up with one of your custom agents.
