Reviewflowz connects to ClubReady and asks the member for a Google review after a class visit is completed. The review is credited to the coach who taught it.
$70 per location per month billed annually, or $80 month to month with no commitment. The 14 day trial does not ask for a card.
ClubReady does not collect reviews, and the usual fix asks the wrong question
There is no review, survey or feedback feature in ClubReady. Its own marketplace has no reviews category.
The standard answer is Listen360, listed as a ClubReady solutions partner. It does reach Google. But look at how it decides who to ask, in ClubReady's own words:
Two things follow from that sentence.
It runs on a door swipe, not a class. Check-in is a barcode scan at the front desk. ClubReady's check-in record carries the member, the club and the time. It carries no class and no staff member. So the request cannot know what the member did or who taught it.
It runs once a day, capped. Requests are staggered across a survey cap period so clubs are not flooded, which means the ask arrives detached from the thing it is asking about. A member who swiped in on Tuesday might hear from you on Friday, about nothing in particular.
Ask a member about "your recent visit" and you get a rating of your gym. Ask them about the 6am class Priya taught and you get a review that names Priya.
The same trap, one shelf over
If your studio has looked at Mindbody, it has the same shape. Mindbody's in-app ratings fire a few minutes after a service ends, and they do credit the instructor who taught it, which is more than ClubReady manages.
They just live in the Mindbody app.
That is a real benefit if your members shop there. It does nothing for the person searching for a gym near them on Google.
Every review lands on the coach who taught it
We read the instructor off the class visit. Not the front desk, not who swiped the member in.
Two coaches on the session? Both credited.
Cover instructor took the class? The credit follows whoever actually taught it.
Member writes "the coach was great" and names nobody? Still credited, because the link is the visit record.
Ambiguous? It waits for a person rather than crediting the wrong coach.
Gyms already run on commission and bonus. A coach who fills classes gets paid for it. Reviews that name a coach are the same kind of measurable, and now they are countable.
Reviews, and nothing else. Reviewflowz watches ClubReady for completed visits, sends that member a request by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and credits the review to the coach who taught the class. Reviews at or below your threshold reach you in Slack within a couple of hours, which matters in a business where cancellations get written up in public. Setting it up
1. Connect ClubReady
In Reviewflowz, open Integrations, then Automate Review Requests, and click ClubReady.
2. Map your stores to your locations
One ClubReady chain can hold several stores. Map each one to a location so the request points at the right Google profile.
3. Turn requests on before the next class
Requests do not work backwards. A member whose class finishes while requests are off is never sent one.
What it costs
ClubReady publishes no price. Its pricing page does not exist, and the only route on the site is a demo request. Third-party figures circulate between $149 and $499 a month, and they disagree with each other, so treat all of them as guesses.
Listen360 publishes no price either. Among the review tools sold into fitness, NiceJob publishes $75 a month and Gleantap publishes $199 per location. Podium is $399 on an annual term paid up front. Birdeye publishes nothing and wants 90 days notice to cancel.
We are not that kind of software. Reviewflowz is laser focused on one job. It is light, it does that job properly, and there is nothing else in it to pay for, learn, or switch off.
What it costs, published. $70 per location per month billed annually, or $80 month to month with no commitment of any sort. Messaging is metered on top at $5 per 1,000 emails and $5 per 100 SMS. No setup fee, no contract, no notice period. The 14 day trial does not ask for a card.
Questions people ask
Can I keep Listen360 and use this too? You can, but you would be asking the same member twice.
Do my existing members get messaged when I connect? No. Only visits completed after you connect.
A member swiped in but skipped the class. Do they get asked? No. We work from completed visits, not check-ins.
Two coaches taught the session. Who gets credit? Both.
We have five studios. Does each get its own Google profile? Yes, if you map each store to its own location.
