Reviewflowz connects to ServiceTitan and asks the customer for a Google review when the job is marked complete. Every review is credited to the technician who did the work, which is what makes a leaderboard your crew actually competes over.
Setup is three credentials from two screens in ServiceTitan. $70 per location per month billed annually, or $80 month to month with no commitment. The 14 day trial does not ask for a card.
What triggers a review request
A job reaching Completed status. Nothing else.
Scheduled, dispatched, on hold and cancelled jobs never trigger anything. A customer whose job was booked and then cancelled is never asked how it went.
ServiceTitan does not offer webhooks to new apps, so we check for completed jobs every fifteen minutes rather than being pushed them. Your customer hears from you within about a quarter of an hour of the tech closing the job, while they are still standing in the room that got fixed.
Everyone gets asked. There is no rating question first, no survey, no branch depending on how happy we think the customer is. The link opens Google's own review form.
Every review lands on the technician who earned it
We read the technician assignment off the job record. Not who sent the text, not whose name appears in the review, not a confidence score. The technician ServiceTitan says did the work.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. Here is how ServiceTitan's own Marketing Pro describes matching a review to a tech:
Guessing from the reviewer's name, the review text and the dates, with a human verifying. That works until a customer writes "the guy was great" and names nobody.
Reading the job assignment does not have that problem, and it handles the awkward cases on its own:
Two techs on the job? Both get credited.
Tech reassigned halfway through? The credit follows the reassignment.
Name genuinely ambiguous? The review waits in a queue for a person rather than landing on the wrong tech. A leaderboard your crew does not trust is worse than no leaderboard.
The board is populated on day one. Jobs completed before you connected are imported for reporting and technician credit, so you open it and immediately see who your best techs already are. None of those past customers is ever messaged.
Reviews, and nothing else. Reviewflowz polls ServiceTitan for completed jobs, sends that customer a request by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and credits the review to the technician on the job. Reviews at or below your threshold reach you in Slack within a couple of hours, which is your window to phone the customer while it is still fixable. No phone system, no inbox, no ad campaigns. Turning that into a spiff
You already pay techs for the things you want more of. Reviews slot into that, because every review arrives attached to the technician who earned it.
Two things before you write it into the comp plan. Paying per review tends to produce short reviews and bare ratings, which carry less weight than one that names the tech and describes the job. And there is a line: incentivising your own staff to ask is fine, incentivising the customer is not.
Setting it up
1. Get your Client ID and Client Secret
In the ServiceTitan developer portal at developer.servicetitan.io, open your app and copy the values under Credentials.
2. Get your Tenant ID
Different screen. In ServiceTitan go to Settings, search Integrations, open API Application Access, and copy the Allowed "tenant" value.
3. Paste them into Reviewflowz
Open Integrations, then Automate Review Requests, and click ServiceTitan. The secret is stored encrypted and never shown back to you.
4. Match your business units to your locations
If you are billed per location, tell us which of your locations a completed job belongs to, so the request points at the right Google profile. Match on the job's business unit or the customer's address, and set a fallback for jobs that match neither.
Business units appear once we have seen a completed job. If the list is empty, complete a job in ServiceTitan and press Refresh.
If you are here because of the Podium change
In August 2026 ServiceTitan ended its Podium partnership. Podium's ServiceTitan listing now returns a 404 on Podium's own site:
Contractors were emailed on 12 August and the cutoff was reported as 15 September 2026. Neither company published that date and it appears to have varied by account, so check yours with your CSM rather than trusting a blog.
Podium itself keeps working. Your phone number, webchat, inbox and payments are Podium's own and survive. What stops is the connection: contact sync, payment writeback, lead and conversation writeback, and the review request that fired when a job was completed.
If you are replacing only one of those, replace the last one. A completed job is the moment a customer is most willing to leave a review, and the only one that scales without somebody remembering to ask.
What it costs
The obvious alternative is ServiceTitan's own Marketing Pro, and it is a real product. The catch is that you cannot buy just the reviews part:
To get one automation back you buy email marketing, direct mail and digital ad campaigns as well. There is no published price. Third party estimates run from $400 to over $2,000 a month, a spread wide enough to be useless except for one thing: the bottom of it is several times what we charge, and you cannot find out where you land without a sales call.
That is the pattern across this category. Podium, Birdeye and Marketing Pro are all-in-ones. None of them publish a price, the contracts run a year or more, and leaving takes a notice period.
We are not that kind of software. Reviewflowz is laser focused on one job. It is light, it does that job properly, and there is nothing else in it to pay for, learn, or switch off.
What it costs, published. $70 per location per month billed annually, or $80 month to month with no commitment of any sort. Messaging is metered on top at $5 per 1,000 emails and $5 per 100 SMS, so 200 texts a month costs $10. No setup fee, no contract, no notice period. The 14 day trial does not ask for a card.
Questions people ask
How fast does the request go out? Within about fifteen minutes of the job being marked complete.
Do my past customers get messaged when I connect? No. Past jobs are imported for reporting and technician credit only.
A job was cancelled. Does that customer get asked? No. Completed is the only status that triggers anything.
Two techs were on the job. Who gets the credit? Both.
Can I keep Podium for messaging and use this for reviews? Yes. This only touches review requests off completed jobs.
