When a repair order is closed in CCC ONE, Reviewflowz asks the vehicle owner for a review, timed from the day the vehicle is picked up. The review that comes back is matched to that repair order and credited to the estimator named on it, when one is named.
How it works
A repair order is closed in CCC ONE.
At the next hourly read, Reviewflowz picks up the repair order, the vehicle owner and the estimator.
The request goes out after your delay, counted from the pickup, or from the close when CCC ONE has no pickup time.
The owner's review is matched to the repair order and credited to the estimator.
What triggers a request
Trigger | When it fires | Who is asked |
A repair order is closed | CCC ONE lists the repair order as Completed | The vehicle owner on the repair order |
The trigger is on from the moment CCC ONE is connected and feeds one request, CCC ONE review requests. The owner is asked by the email and phone number on the repair order, whether that is a person or a company, like a fleet manager at Front Range Plumbing.
Repair orders from the last 90 days that were picked up before you connected are imported so their reviews still match. Nobody is messaged for those.
Connect CCC ONE
There is nothing to paste. CCC ONE shares your repair orders with Reviewflowz through CCC Secure Share, and sharing with apps is free in CCC ONE. You enable Reviewflowz in Secure Share, tell us, and we finish the setup with you.
In CCC ONE, open Configure, then CCC Secure Share (on cccone.com: Settings, then Secure Share), and open the Marketplace tab. Find Reviewflowz, check the data it reads, and Swipe to enable. Reviewflowz shows as Pending until we approve it. CCC's own guide is How to Enable Apps for Secure Share.
In Reviewflowz, open Integrations, go to the Automate Review Requests tab and click the CCC ONE card. If you already have an integration connected there, click Connect another integration first. The Connect CCC ONE window lists the same three steps. Click Tell us you've enabled Reviewflowz. We approve your request and finish the setup with you, and the Connection card then shows your CCC ONE location with Status: Connected.
Link your shop to a location
Under Shop, give the Shop in CCC ONE the Reviewflowz location whose review profiles its customers should see. Ridgeline Collision Lakewood is linked to its own location. If your Reviewflowz account has one location, the shop is linked to it for you when you connect. A shop you haven't linked isn't read until you link it. To add another shop, enable Reviewflowz in that shop's Secure Share, then contact us, and click Refresh list once it appears.
Set up the request
Timing. A repair order counts from the moment the vehicle is picked up, and your delay comes on top. Ridgeline Collision emails 3 hours later, then sends a reminder 3 days after that as Message 2. Follow-ups stop once an owner clicks, reviews or unsubscribes.
Channel. Email, SMS or WhatsApp, set per message.
Message. Ridgeline Collision's From name is "Ridgeline Collision", the Subject "How's the car, {{first_name}}?", which Megan Doyle reads as "How's the car, Megan?", and the Button text "Review your repair". Try yours with Send myself a test.
Direct reviews to. Smart routing gives one button and picks the site for your goal. Ridgeline Collision aims for as many Google and Yelp reviews as possible. Show all options on the email lists every site instead.
Turn it on
Open CCC ONE review requests and click Turn requests on. The status line reads "Sending requests to every new contact", and the Syncing panel's Sending requests for vehicles picked up since shows the day you connected, linked your shop or switched the trigger on, whichever came last.
See what it brings back
Every review is matched to the vehicle owner and the repair order it came from, and credited to the estimator on that repair order, when one is named. Samantha Hill's four star review, "Marcus was straight with us about what needed replacing. Paint match is perfect.", lands on Marcus Lee. Reports > Dashboard > Team Attribution Leaderboard counts the reviews credited to each estimator, Carlos Mendez, Jenna Wolfe and Marcus Lee at Ridgeline Collision. The Requests page counts Contacts, Requests, Clicked CTA, Matched and Stopped, and the CRM Integration widget under Reports > Dashboard tracks requests, links clicked and reviews matched from CCC ONE.
Good to know
The Syncing panel counts owners who can't be asked, such as a repair order with no email or phone. They're still kept, so a review from that customer is matched by name.
Reconnect on the Connection card re-reads your shop and keeps your trigger and shop link.
To add a second shop, enable Reviewflowz in that shop's Secure Share, then contact us.
A repair order that is reopened before its request goes out is not asked.
You can switch sharing off in Secure Share at any time, and Disconnect stops the reads and withdraws every request that hasn't gone out.
